Delivery
We deliver your order within 24 hours of it being confirmed.
- Keep your phone available so the courier can reach you on delivery day.
- Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Please check your item when it arrives. If something is not right, contact us straight away.
Return and exchange
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.
What we need
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Please keep the original tags, the brand box or dust bag, and the packaging.
- Items that show signs of use or damage, or that are missing tags or packaging, may not be accepted.
How to request a return or exchange
Contact us within the 14 days through our Contact page with your order number and the reason. We will confirm your request and arrange the return or exchange with you.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item for another colour, style or product, subject to availability. Any price difference is settled at the time of the exchange.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and checked, we will confirm the refund method and timing with you.
