Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange your order within 2 days of delivery in case there is a problem only.

What we need
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with its original tags, brand box or dust bag, and all packaging.

How to return or exchange
Contact us through our Contact page and include your order number. Tell us whether you would like a return or an exchange, and we will guide you through the next step.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the new item costs a different amount, the price difference is settled at the time of the exchange.

Refunds
Once we have inspected the returned item, we will confirm the refund method and timing with you.(excluding shipping)
